Located in the Wingfield building which was a store for locals in the Wild West days of the 1800's. Provided staples for the locals... now repurposed as a restaurant, bread company and morel Get to the Wingfield Bread Company early to get the best choice.
We stopped by Wingfield during a recent stop in Camp Verde. Wow, the place is amazing! Really enjoyed the peach turnover, artisan walnut and cranberry bread as well as the bread with jalapeño. We only wish we lived in Camp Verde to eat their bread every day! You need to eat here!

I had mentioned to my friend ( 2 yrs ago) about this place and how great the sandwich was, but that I wasn't going back because of a sign by the register. Recently she wanted to try this place, so I agreed. The sandwich was, again the best I have ever had in this area, and the sign was gone. I will be back.
