Had dinner here on a Thursday night. We opted for the 4 course tasing menu, but prior to that we had the chicken liver mousse. the mousse was served with warm grilled bread, It was delicious! Honestly, the food here was just awesome, mushroom soup, short rib, mussels, foie gras (oustanding), scallops. Maybe the best all around meal I've had in the last 3 years in Phoenix. Just a simple set up of a husband wife team running the whole place by themselves.
Confluence is always a very delicious place to go. The flavors are unlike probably anywhere else I’ve eaten, but in a good way. It is pricey though, but you get what you pay for. The vibe is relaxed. It’s like a casual fine dining.
