Every time my husband and I visit the area we come here more than once if possible! Wow! Added frog-legs app to the menu. Mind blown….not your Riverside dive (also good) frog-legs-even better! Also I try to replicate the Waygu pastrami sandwich but the chef’s version is just soooooo good! Not coming here is a true FOMO. Sure do hope you get to enjoy the effort and passion behind this gem! How lucky I’d be if he and his wife would be on the same desert island if I was ever...
Had dinner here on a Thursday night. We opted for the 4 course tasing menu, but prior to that we had the chicken liver mousse. the mousse was served with warm grilled bread, It was delicious! Honestly, the food here was just awesome, mushroom soup, short rib, mussels, foie gras (oustanding), scallops. Maybe the best all around meal I've had in the last 3 years in Phoenix. Just a simple set up of a husband wife team running the whole place by themselves.
