Palo Verde offers a delightful breakfast experience with excellent eggs Benedict on gluten-free bread and tasty French toast. The fruit options are fresh, especially the pineapple. Friendly staff and a cozy ambiance make for a pleasant visit. The coffee, waffles, and breakfast enchiladas are highly recommended. However, their Easter Brunch in a ballroom was disappointing, with small portions and no carving stations. The setting was not ideal, especially on a rainy day, with hazardous wet stone steps to navigate.
