While staying at The Boulders we tried Palo Verde twice once for dinner and once for breakfast. My breakfast experience was ok. My latte and meal were good. The server was attentive and friendly. Dinner on the other hand was entirely different experience. Our food took forever to get, and they were not busy. The waiters seemed confused about were people's food went once it came out. We saw a family of five be seated, the father got up to get their own menus after a while....
We came on a holiday so the menu is prefix. The food was good. Not great. I would recommend coming when it's not a holiday. Service was outstanding. Ambience great. Wonderful views. Would recommend just not on a holiday.
The best part about this place is the view. Its a nice restaurant with friendly staff and seating, indoors and out. Sitting outside, overlooking the course, the pond and the landscaping is beautiful.
