Palo Verde is a great place for breakfast, but our dining experience wasn't as enjoyable. Hope the Management recognizes there was a reason why we were the only diners! The chef in charge was obviously too busy to even check on how we were doing or how was our dining experience!
Sitting on the South golf course at the Boulders Resort in Carefree is Palo Verde. It's a simply elegant yet casual restaurant serving up Southwestern inspired dishes for breakfast and dinner. Sit inside the rotunda style main room or put on the patio overlooking the course and pond.

The food was excellent! This was our third time dinning here and were very satisfied each time. Quality food from the appetizers, entries and desserts. Very nice selection of wines. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the wine selection and all the food. We are looking forward to our next visit to Palo Verde.
