Criminally good. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked like they’re auditioning for a food magazine cover. The buns are soft but hold their ground like seasoned bouncers, and every topping actually tastes intentional—not just thrown together like an afterthought. Everything is so fresh! Easily the best burger I’ve ever had!
The vibe is warm, buzzy, and dangerously easy to settle into. The bartenders mix drinks like they’re trying to impress their ex, and the happy hour makes you feel like you got away with something. Plus, the patio is dog-friendly, so your four-legged sidekick can bask in the glory too.
This isn’t just a burger joint. It’s a little pocket of joy disguised as a tavern. If heaven has a happy hour, I’m betting it looks a lot like Speedy Burger Tavern.

Went there for lunch and both my husband and I got burgers. I got the lettuce wrap 10/10 burger. Food was excellent, services was fast, and pricing is great! We will be coming back !

Can’t tell from the outside but well worth the venture inside. Great happy hour special and weekly cocktails. Friendly staff and patrons. Glad to have a local bar in Carefree to visit! Super dog friendly.

Stopped in for dinner before the Cigar and Bourbon Festival. Wife and I both got the burgers, she had the mushrooms and I got the green chile. Both were juicy and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back
A fine place for tavern-style food. We had the hamburgers which were indeed good although pretty much standard fare. The sweet potato fries were excellent. Our server Mike was altogether incredible - he elevated the experience.

Arrived 5min prior to reservation. Hostess said we could sit anywhere. We chose to sit at the bar. After waiting 15min, we were never asked for a drink order, food order, nothing. We got up and departed the restaurant....will never return! Avoid this place!!
