excellent meal and special service tending to our every need. IsMir was an exception waiter and David, the manager, keeps all the services running smoothly.

Very slow service! But pleasant servers. Fabulous French fries. I didn't think the daily turkey sandwich special was quite up to par.

Food was excellent, but there were no side options to add. The wine choices do not match the food—sophisticated and high end.

Great experience - food was excellent! Nikki was excellent - a great host/server. Appetizers, main course, and wine was spot on. Fireplace was amazing - view during the evening prior to sundown was really nice too. Highly recommended.

Wow where to begin. By no means am I a picky eater, or have unattainable expectations of wait staff, but this place was -spectacularly- bad.

My fiancee and I went for valentines dinner and selected from their prix fixe menu. You’d think having only a few options would simplify things, but this was far from the case. We waited over 20 minutes to even be greeted by our waiter, then it was another 15 minutes before the $7 bottle of water that only filled two glasses showed up and we weren’t notified of the cost of water. Another 30 minutes before our drinks we ordered showed up.

Then after we finished our first course (the only redeeming quality of this luxurious misadventure was the soup) they brought out dessert? After we mentioned we hadn’t had our main course, they brought out extremely undercooked steak (and I say that as an avid fan of a medium rare steak).

To top off this exceptional rigamarole, when they finally delivered the check, they brought the wrong one out and didn’t notice until I made mention of it. In hindsight I wish I kept the other bill as it was $20 cheaper. In addition, gratuity was already included so I couldn’t even reflect this disastrous service in what I paid.

My fiancee and I really wanted to enjoy this place, but we definitely won’t be back after our experience here at the grill. For spending over $250 on a meal for two, we expect much more.

Pretty terrible overall experience. Price was not worth the service or food provided. Misleading explanation of how you were billed. Service was extremely slow. Nothing against who waited on us but he was the only One with over 6+ other tables. Was supposed to be NY steak but what was given was something that looked thinner and came from some roast. Overall the experience and food was not worth what they were charging.

Reservation was made without knowledge that the menu was limited at set price for Valentine's day. We had only choices of two appetizers, entrees and dessert. $165. Menu was phrased poorly. It said gratuity and tax added as if part of the price. In fact they were separate charges. Yes "added" could be in addition but it also could mean part of the price. Most places say "plus gratuity and taxes" Menu very limited and everything served luke warm. Way overpriced (regular JWB scotch $30) and again no notice of all the limitations for Valentine's day when we booked. Be careful.

I have gone to the Boulders Grille every year I'm here during the winter. Always looked forward to it. This year was a HUGE disappointment and I will not be going back. Lunch— horribleservice( if you could even call it that) and horrible food. Couldn't get drinks right, cold, tasteless food for way too match money! Then our dinner last night was even worse. Crowd was minimal so couldn't blame the horrible service on a crowd. Food was cold and simple chicken dish was a dry piece of chicken on top of an entire place of disgusting yellow cold risotto. The bill was ridiculously expensive. I am sooo sad to write this review but people need to know that the boulders dining experience is no longer the special event it used to be. 😢

Service was very slow, took two hours for lunch. Was meeting with clients and when our server came by we were not ready then took an hour for anyone to return and take our order.

We came in with a party of 6. The lamb was amazing. London, our server, was even better! She was very friendly, very attentive, and she did everything right. She was the highlight of our night and we will definitely recommend this place and be back.

Don’t bother. Way over overpriced. $20 bottle of wine that I can get anywhere and they would charge $69. Appetizer came out before pre-dinner bread for the table. My $56 entree wasn’t worth it. Left hungry.

Was horrified at this experience. First, sat there for 18 minutes before the manager, I assume, came over and asked if she could get us anything else yet we hadn't even gotten a drink order in at that point. Next, once we got the drink order in it took another 20 minutes to actually get our beverages. Two out of the four meals which we ordered, two out of four were completely wrong. Not sure if this was the waiters mistake or the kitchen mistake, but hard to believe that two out of four would be wrong when you specify what you need in that mail. Then there was the children running around on the back deck screaming are running through the restaurant. That I understand is not the waiter or waitresses fault however, they should put a stop to it and it took my wife to do that. This was the most expensive mistake we've ever made in a resort environment. I would not go you might end up with the waiter who didn't care about us, obviously the manager didn't care about us, and this was especially occasion.

Outside seating was nice. Foods and drinks were ok but nothing great. Service was super slow. We were seated right after we arrived but it took about Hour and 10mins to get our foods. Also drink took forever. Dont come hungry or go somewhere else.
