We went to Arby's through the drive thru on Friday, August 1st, 2025. There was a team member named Gio taking our order. He was an amazing team member, he is professional, very kind, he spoke with respect and genuinely was happy to be where he was, doing what he was doing. I have nothing but good to say about him, he is the epitome of what any company would want as the face of, the first impression of their business. My experience at the Casa Grande Arby's gets...

I may not come to Arby's often, as I try not to touch fast food often, so when I do come to this Arby's, it's always a pleasurable moment, and the staff is always respectful and friendly. Definitely a way to go keep customers coming back.
