Today we ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal and a butterburger meal. The chicken tenders were not in our food bags. Instead an extra order of pretzels was put in the bag. This is the second time in a row that we have ordered a 4pc chicken tender and not received chicken. The ranch was in our bag both trips but absolutely no chicken. We live about 20 minutes away so not worth driving back to try and get fixed. I've learned to either skip getting Culver's and go elsewhere...

My ETA for my food said 3:32 pm and exactly at 3:32 pm here comes Seth with my order...he was very polite and took the extra time to make sure my food was correct...Great job Great Staff

I love Culver's. This particular visit I got the fish sandwich because of the commercial and I love fish. It was so bland and tasteless if it wasn't for the lettuce and mayo I would have tossed it. I put some onion rings on it and that made it better. The onion rings definitely had been doctored. I could taste the powdered onion on them which I didn't mind because I love funyuns. The food got 4 stars because of the desert options.
