when placing my order the cashier at hand was rude and when another employee came up to help and asked a question they both started laughing, and when asked for more condiments she threw it on the counter and walked away, which in my opinion was unprofessional. other then that the food was okay bacon a little over cooked but the dining area was quiet and there were no further issues.

This place is nice and quiet—no rowdy crowd here. The restaurant is very clean, and the cashier Otis who took my order was professional and greeted me warmly. I enjoyed my sub sandwich peacefully without any interruptions. One thing worth highlighting is that Dylan brought my food out to my table while I waited, which I thought was awesome service.

Went through the drive through and was helped my an associate names Scott. He was very kind, and pleasant to speak with. My food order was quick and everything tasted fresh. I love the crinkle cut fries there most of all. Glad this store made its way to Casa Grande.
