Filiberto's Mexican Food

I went there tonight at 9 and ordered adobada tacos and the tortillas were hard and chewy met was burnt nothing but lettuce and tomato’s no pico I really am
Very upset and want my money back just because it was pure laziness

Good breakfast burrito

False website advertising, calling carne asada what is dried up shredded beef, offers rolled tacos with sour cream and guacamole, in plates of three or five, but they charge you almost $5 per taco, again no guacamole or sour cream, I was given two rolled chicken tacos and two folded shredded beef tacos, never got what I was supposed to get.
I’ve spent my entire life, 45-50 years as a GM, kitchen manager and customer service professional.
Payed $40 for food that was thrown in the trash.
Lost my appetite and when I called the “restaurant”, I was told that I was wrong.
I’ve been to multiple Filiberto locations as I now do Uber Eats as a side job since I’m retired, this place is a joke, I asked for the supervisor or whatever number I could call and the “manager”, flat out told me he wasn’t going to give it to me , that I was wrong!
What happened to customer service?

They got my order wrong I called them and told them the situation they told me to come in and they’ll take care of it and then done nothing did not refund my money or remake my food we didn’t even eat the food gave close to $50 and still hungry because when they told me to come back in they touched all of the food and then they wanted to give it back to me big rip off never went through this before and they have a big attitude making you feel like you wasn’t wrong they told me it was my mistake not theirs like I was in the kitchen making the Food

My special order was ready immediately because it was one that was already made and not to my request!!!! Never returning, I would always tip them and that's what I get in return! Thanks

Food and staff were great both times I've been here. The 4 is because it's not supposed to be a luxury food place. It's simple, and it's good!

After leaving I was in a car totalling accident and was rushed to the er, after being discharged Mati was so helpful by having our food remade so we could still have a meal to eat❤️

I went through the drive-thru I was kind of rushed on what I wanted to order I'm not familiar with this restaurant I made my decision and the News was good

I had a Carne Asada burrito and it was so yummy. It was a generous amount of filling!!

Absolutely terrible customer service, and the food was disgusting. They didnt put any guacamole on my carne asada burrito and then tried to charge me $2 when I politely asked for a side of it to put on my steak and tortilla burrito, then they made me wait behind 6 different people. Ruined the whole lunch and appetite. She then refused to tell me who the manager was.

Came back to Filibertos after not having it for maybe half a year. Ordered a side of Tripas for 3$ only for the box to look less than half full rest of the prices on the menu have gone up but it looks like the portions are small or if your lucky big. Food is okay not what I used to remember it. As of 2025 not worth the time or money wasted 30 mins in a drive thru for my order to still be wrong.
