Filiberto's Mexican Food

Haven't been to a Filberto's in years and was praying it was still delicious as I remember it, but unfortunately, it was not. The service was great, with the woman taking my order being understanding and accommodating. She worked with me to get the most food for the best price, which was $15 for two tacos, rice, beans, and chips and salsa. Thus, why the three stars.

Now the quality, we'll, let's just say it left me wanting more. The food wasn't seasoned at all, and I am so glad I had hot sauce at home. The taco shells, beans, and rice were overly salty and had a heavy greasy taste and touch. The pico de gallo that came with the chips was small but actually seasoned, which surprised me as the rest of the food was not. Another good thing was that the chips were crispy and lightly fried. They did not need any salsa.

As some of the reviews have said, the quality of the food perhaps depends on the location. I am just not sure I want to take that $15 chance on that. Sorry Filberto's, I'm going to have to pass from now on.

Terrible service, gave me the wrong burrito and try to lie saying what I wanted isn’t on the menu but I just showed her and she still says it’s wrong. And I had to drive back 20 mins to get it fixed and they still tried to charge me again never again will I go to Filiberto’s. Nico’s for the win

Can't say I've ever been inside the drive-thru takes some time so don't come if you're in a hurry put me on the food is good definitely get the Menudo

Vegetarian options: They will take off the meat for everything I personally do not like rice so I asked him for no rice they are very understanding to people's dietary needs

Horrible service, forever wait lines in drive thru, not sure how they mess up a simple order but this place will do it easily.

Redid my rating cause $17.53 is a bit much for Super Nachos now. Got those, a burrito and a drink and the total was almost $33. Rethinking the cost of eating out now.

This is the first time I have been disappointed by Filibertos. The portions are always great at a fair price. Usually food is good, but this time our beef tacos were not good. I don't know if it is normal practice, but this time I believe that they microwaved our tacos. The shells were crap. Tough, leathery shells and the shredded beef was charred so bad ( but only on the outer edges) that it turned to dust/ash when you bit it.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a burrito. $18. I guess that's normal now. Food was good and sufficient.

Taco Tuesday. And just because they were cheap doesn't mean they were small / iffy. I don't think I could have bought the chicken inside my tacos for the price they charged for the finished product.

I just wish this location had the self-serve salsa bar.
