Filiberto's Promenade at Casa Grande

Stay away from this place! We ordered 5 order of carne asada fries and 2 of them were burnt (fries and the carne asada was almost all black) tasted bad, we didn’t realize until it was too late to turn around and called them to let them know and didn’t event get an apology and were told we only had 1 hour to return the fries to get a replacement… we explained to them the situation and the so called “manager” was rude and unprofessional and he just hung up… Won’t be eating here again. They even have a sign that says only one hour to report issue. That’s a red flag right there. No accountability and no pride in their work.

Best take out we've had in a while. Who ever your cook is, keep them! The food was delicious! And the young lady that helped us was so sweet. She was doing multiple jobs at once, and still remained respectful. We will definitely be back.

This is the best one.

I come here a lot for grubhub & a few times for myself. It's clean, the service with a smile & the food is consistently good.

Today this morning I bought menudo it was nasty smell so bad I threw it out. There getting to lazy to clean it to eliminate the smell and taste. They try to hide the smell and taste with lots of spices. Last time I go there. It's a health hazard not prepping the menudo right. To the owner and manager do a better job.

It's good food. Not the same as Filibertos in Phoenix. They don't fry the taco shells .

Both locations on Florence try to not give you your drink with combo plates! It’s supposed to be included and they don’t tell you unless you ask!

I don’t usually have expectations of Filiberto’s outside of your typical fast food, but this location is surprisingly good. They have some franchise specific menu items that you wont find elsewhere, the salsas are way better, different agua fresca flavors such as cucumber, and the food is prepared way above expectations of the average Filiberto’s.

One of those evenings where you wonder what should I have. Walked to Filiberto's and had an egg and chorizo burro. Nailed it. Good hot salsa, and mild green. Everything was perfect.

I mean, waiting 15 minutes for 2 bean, rice, and cheese burritos is ridiculous. The ingredients to almost everything on the menu is right in front of them. I'm paying premium prices and I don't even eat meat. Bean, rice, and cheese burrito is about $11 with 85% beans, c'mon now. Charging $2 for cheese and $2 more for rice is a joke.

I was su disappointed with my order. I ordered a number 5 ,2 enchiladas,bean and rice and order a side of 5 roll taco I live 15 miles away i received carne asada fries not what I ordered damn
