The managers will favor employees that they know, the general manager is extremely rude and the other supervisor is drunk all the time on shift and makes people uncomfortable. AND every single supervisor knows he’s drunk. not enough sales to make the labor so they send people home all the time. Way to expensive and employees don’t wash their hands alllll day while making your food

My hamburger was splattered out twice the size of the bun and all dry and crispy. It didn't look anything like the picture. The burger tasted okay but this place is very expensive. I got that chocolate brownie sundae for dessert and it was delicious. Counter help wasn't very polite. Young people just don't have any manners these days. If I go there again it will be just for dessert.

The steak burger is salty. The custard is excellent. The atmosphere is glitzy but very clean. The service was fast.

Loved the hamburgers thin patties covered with cheese. I have problems eating regular burgers because of my teeth. The smash patties made it easy for me to eat, and the flavor was so good. Ya'll just have to try it!!!!

Is this the normal amount of fries?
I stopped in Freddys last week and am so happy I did. I was assisted by a young lady named Aily (I think!). I was unsure what to order and after some questions about what I like, she suggested the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Combo. Man, what a choice! So delicious and savory. The jalapeños sauce was so savory. Thank you Aily for the wonderful suggestion! Making this place a must every week!

Food was ok, not as good as I have had in past experiences at Freddy's. Went through the drive thru, the order taker kept asking me to repeat my order because there were several employees talking and laughing in the background. Overall experience was just ok.

I came to casa grande to visit some friends from california and they had recommended I try this place called Freddy’s. We had a great time and would definitely go back. One of the staff there really stood out to me because she was incredibly considerate when it came to accommodating my friends and I. Her name is Aily, she brought our custard over and made sure to bring extra spoons and napkins. She even noticed the booth needed to be wiped down more so she went ahead and cleaned it for us before sitting down. She was also patient with us even while changing our orders a couple of times because we noticed more options we wanted to try. I would definitely recommend visiting this location, great service, food, and workers.

I personally think number 3 menu(the bun is soft and the patty is crunchy in the outer and soft in the middle , also there's a sauce in the middle which is absolutely delicious ) is pretty great!!! I personally didn't like the chili fries but that's me, I think other people well like it ! ALL THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND GIVE GOOD SERVICE!!!!! ESPECIALLY Amy ! Who was really patient and even recommended my side dich! Overall l like this restaurant and definitely recommend it !

I was really disappointed in the difference in quality between the mesa location and here. The burgers at the casa grande location were much greasier than the mesa location and the fries were soggy at the cg location as well. It's a shame because I was excited to see them open a location here.
