My experience here today was exceptional. The employee named Conrad was VERY helpful . I didn’t know how to use my app and he was very helpful and explained it to me.the other employee named Jen and I was sitting at my table and stoped her doing her side job and brought me a plastic knife so I can cut my sandwich in half. Atmosphere was amazing.

I love that Jimmy John's cares about the community on top of having friendly service and delicious subs! We held a teacher luncheon with their catering boxes and everyone was very satisfied! Thanks casa grande jj's!

Great experience at Jimmy John’s! The food was fresh, made quickly, and exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Mandy went above and beyond with her customer service and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
