Never tried so thought I’d try it. Typical fast food set up but was quite slow to order and get food. I am not a spicy lover so got original and chicken was actually quite good

Popeyes is the best chicken 🤤🍗 in town first time at that location in casa grande, had a great experience everyone was nice I went threw the drive thru. 02/12/2025 stop by today to my favorite chicken 🤤 place came thru the drive thru and Kay was exceptionally well and friendly, got my order correct would like to recommend her and give her a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you Kay for being so kind and professional

We called and asked if they were still doing a deal for the 24 piece and the lady on the phone lied and said no.
We came up there and Jose helped us out and proved they were still doing the deal. I could tell it was the white lady with the lashes. She looked annoyed that we ordered that. Jose on the other hand did an amazing job!! He made sure all our food was fresh and had an amazing attitude! Love his energy and patience with us! Keep it up Jose!:)

Last 2 times I went I got stale food this time the food is stale the chicken is dry and makes the roof of my mouth feel a coating of greas or something and I didn't get the side I ordered. They gave me another one which were frys and they were kinda old too. I'm disappointed man I don't think I'll be giving this place any more chances

I try about once a year to go to this Popeye's and they never fail to provide extremely slow service and an incorrect order.

It is a very nice place and I have been a customer for a year but I am so disappointed the food is divided but at this moment the customer tension is terrible at night there is always a girl who I don't know her name because she doesn't have a name like the others girls and I heard them call her, Dani or Alejandra, I don't know what her name is, I was observing the place for 3 hours and I never saw that girl work, she was just on the phone and she also ate the chicken and chips, I don't know if she is a girlfriend or wife of the owner of this franchise and if it is, it should set an example for the other workers so that they are not on the phones and focus on giving good treatment to the customer and good attention so that they leave with the desire to return. I will no longer come to eat for the tonight I'm not going to wait an hour to eat

We’ve ordered from this location through Uber Eats three times. The first time I was missing my sandwich from my SANDWICH combo, and I ordered wings and the container was caved in. the second, my desert was missing and I got iced lemonade when I asked for frozen lemonades. this is probably the last time I’ll order from there again since I ordered frozen lemonades AGAIN and got iced AGAIN, and I ordered a kids meal for my child and they were looking forward to getting the toy and it didn’t come with one plus it said it a leg and it was two of the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen with barely any meat on them, and my child was still hungry. Maybe it’s just THIS location because of all the TERRIBLE reviews but whoever manages this location clearly doesn’t do anything managerial.

It’s sad to see how bad this otherwise successful franchise operates in Casa Grande. This particular Popeyes in by far the worst, when it comes to customer service. I wish this was an isolated incident, but we’ve visited this location three times over the last few years and it never fails, to never fail.

I was on the drive thru on January 07 2025
I wait for more than 15 minutes was one car in front of me, the person taking the order take over than 10 minutes to help the other person, I wait for more than five minutes waiting for the dispatch to ask for my order, and never get help.
I decide to leave the place and go to another restaurant and when I leave the other person in front of me was waiting still for his order.

Food is unbelievably great and I love the fact that their open till 1am...my only complaint is that late nights drive thru takes FOREVER and feels like a life time if there's people in front of you....but food is so great it's almost worth the wait...

It was christmass eve about 6pm and it was crazy everywhere. Didnt mind waiting 10 min or so for fries but after getting home they forgot my 2 sides and the chicken was like it was a day old chewey. Not the usual id expect i was mostly anoyed about the sides not making in in the bag during the long wait at the window
