First time visiting this location inside the Fry’s Marketplace.
The server was a young blonde, didn’t notice her name.
I ordered a *large• berry summer breezer with extra pearls. When she rang it up at a lower price, I questioned the size, “Is that a large?” She nodded. At the pickup window, I saw it was the smaller size but didn’t say anything. She set it down, and I asked for the straw that fits the pearls. She said she didn’t have any “at the moment.” She pointed to the small straws (that the pearls won’t fit through). I responded that she should advise the customer that the right straws were not available. She replied, “We are supposed to sell them anyway.” She smiled and walked away. No apology, nothing.
What’s up with service people today?
I went to a frys that claims to be near the freeway and is actually far into the town. It said it closes at 7 but i went in a 6:30pm . The lady said she couldnt make a frappuchino . This was after i went into frys after being on the freeway. I don’t know if the employee was lazy due to she was going to close soon or what the problem was.
Extremely disappointed. Not your typical Starbucks experience. Rude staff, charged for things that I'm not typically charged for. Which is fine however you should tell the customer that you will be charging an extra fee. Blown away by how rude the staff was. After I noticed the extra charge I canceled the substitution that I requested and asked for a refund and was told they don't issue refunds even though I hadn't received my order.

Probably the MOST rude Staff members I've ever had to deal with. Everytime I come it's always the end of the world that they have to do something, or help out customers. Maybe it's time for new employees that actually like their job.

The most chaotic Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. We didn’t get half of our order because the staff wouldn’t even acknowledge us or others that were also missing their order(s). Really disappointed.

Nice to have a drive through on this side of Casa Grande. Coffee was great but the wait not so much. They are incredibly busy and lines are redicoulous every time I pass by in the am. I cannot imagine the wait time during work hour rush when the line of cars are way out to pinal. They will definitley need some more staff to keep up with demand.

I go to this Starbucks once a week while I grocery shop and there is always an issue! That being the staff their really must hate their life because they are ALWAYS rude! I deal with it because I want my stuff and to leave but I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s never not been this way. They don’t greet you, usually continues working until a costumer speaks up than that always have an attitude and a snarky comment. I wait 30 minutes for a mobile order not one person answered a question of when or where it would be ready and when I finally got my drink the worker told her worker next to her “finally she got her drink and can now leave” and she said it in front of the 15 costumers she had waiting and refused to help any of them so they were all getting angry. I will now drive to the other side of town to get coffee.

I’ve came here enough times to just stop. It’s always a hit or miss situation and even when I ask for them to redo the drink something still goes wrong. The iced coffee I get is supposed to be sweet and strong but more often it comes out just bitter and no sweetness at all. Also idk if it’s old coffee they use or they don’t clean out their filters but sometimes it just has this bitter taste that stays with me through the day.
