Best dragon fruit refresher! 💯❤️
Izabella (my apologies if I spelled this wrong) was the model of excellence in service. My son and I had run to get a few things from the store and without even thinking of the time I had offered him a coffee. This incredible young lady stopped what she was doing in the middle of closing to ensure we had not only our drinks, but with a smile and a thank you for coming. I usually come here on weekdays, I don’t know the barista’s name but she makes my drinks PERFECT she’s amazing, but today on Saturday this other girl acted like she didn’t know what she’s doing. I ordered a venti iced blonde vanilla latte and she acted confused and had to repeat myself twice. She made my drink completely wrong with NO vanilla flavor. Definitely not coming here on weekends again

Starbucks in Florence is a welcoming spot with kind and helpful staff. Katie makes a delicious caramel iced coffee with great presentation. The afternoon crew, Abbey and Katie, are sweet, professional, and really care about their customers. They know regulars by name and make sure to clarify orders.
