Today we went through their drive through and my 4 year old wanted to ‘play a trick’ on the employees. I winked and whispered to the employees and they both made a huge deal about the horse in the backseat, asked questions, etc. Their enthusiasm was A+. We get Happy Meals at this location all the time and the employees are always incredibly polite and pleasant, in addition to being really sweet to my boys. Not the best McDonald’s but not the worst
The food was hot for sure but it’s just it’s still nasty. Don’t sit right on my stomach, but the service was great.

The McDonald's in Coolidge has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported issues with the quality of food, such as hard and dry biscuits and dry burger buns. There have also been complaints about the use of bacon crumbles instead of real bacon. However, other customers have praised the restaurant for their correct food orders, excellent service, and friendly staff members who are described as "amazing" and "true angels in disguise." The new remodel has been criticized for making the space very claustrophobic in design. Despite these concerns, many find it a good place to stop for a quick road snack, though sitting inside may not be ideal due to the crowded layout; outdoor seating is recommended for a more comfortable experience. Customers also mention that the restaurant is very kid-friendly, with the play place available even before opening hours, and accessible for wheelchair users. The restaurant was noted as the cleanest and most welcoming McDonald's visited, with fast, hot, and fresh-tasting food served by staff dedicated to keeping the place sparkling. Overall, it remains a convenient spot for a quick meal during travel through Coolidge.
