My son and I had run to get a few things from the store and without even thinking of the time I had offered him a coffee. I usually come here on weekdays, I don’t know the barista’s name but she makes my drinks PERFECT she’s amazing, but today on Saturday this other girl acted like she didn’t know what she’s doing. I ordered a venti iced blonde vanilla latte and she acted confused and had to repeat myself twice. She made my drink completely wrong with NO vanilla flavor. Definitely not coming here on weekends again
This is my go to location out in the middle-of-nowhere Florence, the staff is kind, patient, very helpful. One employee makes sure to clarify my order each time to make sure she gets it right and I really appreciate that. They have also spoken up about promotions both in from fry’s and from the Starbucks app. Lots of cute snowbirds regulars too and the staff knows them all by name.
