After spending $30 on food and drinks, our daughter asked for a cup of water and was charged $3.26 for it! We did not realize until we got home. Paying for a cup is one thing but after spending what was spent there should have been no charge.

I ordered a venti and they gave me a venti cup half filled. I order the exact same drink at every other Starbucks location and have never had this problem. They are rude and treat you like you are the problem. I would highly recommend taking your service to a Starbucks down the road. I will not be returning to this location again because of the customer service mainly.

I am a frequent visitor here, the morning gal is a rockstar! But tonight 11/26 6:50pm once again I run in to grab a coffee and the girl advises she's cleaning and they have no coffee. Last week and tonight once again. Starbucks advises they are open until 8..But why at 6:50pm can I not order a coffee? If the girl is going to dump all the coffee prior to 7pm then close at 7. I got once again an apology and left :( kuddos to the AM rockstars .. your evening crew really needs improvement.

Fast and delicious
Always clean area and friendly workers. The Safeway is nice too. Great treat to enjoy while getting groceries.
Treat myself to a Starbucks latte every once in a while. Too expensive to do it very often. Staff always nice and very friendly.
