Hubby and I went for late date night, we go here often (3-4 times a month) we always go after 830pm so there isn't much of a wait and we can take our time. This last time we were rushed, staff was rude and the waitress brought our check while we were still eating. My husband wanted another beer but clearly that wasn't an option. I guess I'll start going back to the Gilbert location. Lesson learned.
I ordered to go asked for my Fillet to be well done no pink definitely got pink and then I asked for A1 steak sauce and they gave me some knock off sauce. They also sent me a text message asking me to park in the to go section and then text them when I am here, but there is no to go section and they don’t receive the text messages to bring you your food out so not sure what that’s all about but somebody needs to be able to remove that Corporate or something I definitely don’t...
Usually we are neither impressed or super disappointed coming to Texas Roadhouse. Tonight we had an extraordinary experience and our server is to thank for that!! Nic was so friendly, kind, amazing and patient with our toddlers and continued to stay up beat and positive the whole time! He was seriously the best server we have had at any restaurant in a long time! The cook they had tonight was also great, that was one of the better steaks we've had from here!
