The service was extremely slow at the counter and in receiving our food, almost a 20 minute process. The food quality was no where near what we've always know if to be. The bun was stale and the lettuce was all core pieces. The fries were limp and not salted. Very disappointing for what the higher prices are. Will not be eating here again.

In all my visits to any fast food joint, I have never witnessed an employee taking as much detail to clean a lobby. Xavier was meticulous with a mop. When we gave kudos, Xavier was friendly and chatted with us then back to work. The food was great and the service friendly. The bathrooms were clean, stocked and smelled fresh. However it is Xavier that we shout out for today.
