Dirty tables, dirty floor, indoor and outdoor trash overflowing. Employees need to walk the room to see what a customer sees. The food is marginal and ingredients are handled poorly while missing the bowl.

Sick and tired of coming to this location and getting only 2/3 of bowl filled

Food is wonderful but our potions were very small. The person who helped us didn’t even use the full scooper for the meat or veggies. When we asked we were told they were running low.

Everytime I use the chipotlane I sit there waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me being there. They see me but keep talking to eachother or working on other orders. Only for them to have my food already bagged up. The other say i go through and see a girl wearing a mask I thought it was weird but maybe she's just one of those people. Now I'm super sick missing work. I went there went home ate woke up in the middle of the night with a fever. Ridiculous. This place should be closed down until they can find responsible employees.

I rarely give weak-poor feedback but when I got here at 7pm there were 6 workers and I was the only customer. All 6 were chatting joking and dealing with phone orders and the lobby and self-swrve areas were trashed! I dont know how to share pictures, but employees were tending to customers at counter literally standing in trash from an overflowing garbage can. Whomever was entrusted to lead this crew needs LOTS of training

This location is by far the worst whether you use the Chipotlane or go inside it just filled with incompetence. Ordered chicken tacos for my kid. They forgot the chicken. Just got to a different location.

I am so sick of spending $10+ per entree and receiving just a ridiculously small amount in my portions. I received just ONE piece of bell pepper for my fajita veggies and a few pieces of lettuce. My son received TWO pieces of chicken in his bowl. Chipotle has become a joke. I had this delivered and am unable to go and demand a remake. NEVER again.

I was trying to order dinner for my parents and I amd I had 3 employees asking me what I wanted on each of the 3 bowls all at the same. I was saying I wanted sour cream on the side and before I could finish my sentence they had already put it on the bowl and when I reiterated it was supposed to be on the side, they didnt offer to remake it, or even apologize they instead just gave me an additional side of sour cream and closed the bowl ushering me out of the store as fast as they could even tho I was the only person in line. My dad couldn't eat because it had too much sour cream on it and you can't even call to speak with anybody about it they just direct you to the website.

I just went in and ordered food, yall had 5 people helping me and the cashier Elisa charged me double for guac and only got one. I’ve tried to call in but the phone service doesn’t let me talk to anyone and says you sent me an email of my order but you don’t have my email and I have no other option. Get a human to help.
