We used to enjoy getting take-out here, but it's changed. Our food was cold. They keep raising the price, but the food quality has gone down. For what they charge, there should be a better experience.

I have been going to this Chipotle for the past few years and it consistently gets worse every time I go. The customer service is horrible. Staff is always just standing around talking while lines build up. The supervisors run off with staff to their back room when it gets busy. Always running low or out of items.

All the employees seem to be very miserable, dislike customers and cashiers need a class in being polite and learmimg to saying "thank you". "There you go" is not a way of saying thanks for the business. Portion sizes at the location are the smallest of all other Chipotles I have patronized.

I always take the salad option with lots of vegetables. .... !!!: I removed one star because they don't have some more different vegetables than mixed peppers with onions!!! I would love to see some power greens!

I have always loved chipotle and I do not believe I have had a bad experience in the past and I'm going to be continuing to visit new locations as long as I'm in the area of the place . Unfortunately I only got one photo of the place because I'm always on the go and sometimes miss the opportunity to get a lot of detailed photos of everything I would like to take pictures of. I drive doordash as well so a lot of my experience comes from being in the right places. This is why I make sure to get all the stops that I can when I get the opportunity. The Phoenix area has a lot to offer when it comes to food and different types of things that are available to try if you are hungry. I highly recommend this place if you are from a state that doesn't have chipotle. This goes for all of the locations I have been to. Had to ask for appropriate amounts of each items. Probably one of the poorest customer service and serving quantity Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. I should’ve read the reviews beforehand because they were extremely accurate on the experience.

Lobby was filthy, girls working were super snotty and not personable at all. Was my first time there so I didn't know anything about how it works or even what they offer i was simply ordering for my deaf daughter and her deaf boyfriend I had exactly what they wanted and believed I ordered it . Even though there were a total of 7 girls on the line and even more in the back the order still got messed up
And my daughters who I specifically said nothing spicy, couldn't even eat her lunch once I got it home after I paid $43 for 2 miniscule rice bowls with barely a scoop of the toppings i ordered. I've never been there as i said because my husband isn't fond of chiplote flavor, however I will never give my buisness to them at all after the way i was treated and quality of service and appearance of inside of establishment . Not impressed dont recommend,not worth it.

Waited at least 5 minutes for help when there were like 6 employees just ignoring me. Doing other things, i guess that were more important than the customer. The chips have been stale amd bad the last couple times I've been to this location. Not to mention the prices keep going up. Disappointing.

So many times over the last six months the food has been horrible and not to the standards of any other chipotle I’ve ever been to. Clearly the staff and the management no longer care about quality of food. It was good in the beginning but now it’s horrible and I’ve given it so many tries. Done now. Stay away from this location. They don’t care. Burnt tortillas, missing parts, sauces not right with random stuff mixed in with sour cream. Just beyond bad.

I used to be a great fan. I would dine here once a week. But the last 3 times I have come in for dinner, I was beyond disappointed. The portion size has almost been cut in half. The meats are fatty and have too much grizzle. Or they are out of too many particular meats.
The guacamole tastes different. I am not sure why that is, but it doesn't taste like it used to. My large bag of chips on my list 3 visits were only half full.
So after 3 failed attempts to give them the benefit of doubt, I have decided NOT to dine there anymore.

Pretty bad. I been to a lot of chiptole's. I have stopped by this one many times because it's on my way home from work and it's convenient and all the reviews sum it up. My most recent visit will probably be my last one, they're pretty consistently bad. Not sure about the afternoons, but the mornings suck. It's a 50/50 on whether or not you'll get a decent portion size. There's a few good workers, but I'd say 2/3 times someone is either rude or makes you wait a ridiculously long time. From the 15+ chipotle locations I've been to, there was only 1 location i could think of that was worse then this, this one is a strong second for worst Chipotle I've ever been to.
