My food was cold there was bottom of the pan pickens. Not fresh obviously service was not friendly and welcoming

I work near this location and picked up an online order two different times; both were not correct. I paid for double meat both times did not get, second time order in container was not mine. Label on outside of lid was mine, very disappointing and frustrating .

Aggressive portion control, deminshed quality of ingredients and endless price hikes has finally forced me to stop supporting Chipotle.
I feel institutionally cheated with every visit.

Only weird thing, I'm assuming the floor manager, a young woman, who was being visited by her boyfriend. Decided to critique our food prep guy for too much guacamole on my bowl in front of me. I felt like I was stealing. I felt like she might scoop some off... she didn't, phew. As a manager myself I feel all words should be chosen carefully when customers are present.

The girl at the serving line didn’t say a word. No hello, hi, what would you like, nothing. Burrito bowl with beans and chicken was runny, food cold. And after paying she walked away without providing our cups for the drinks we bought. Had to chase down a busboy. Snap out of it manager if you expect return customers

I haven't eaten at chipotle in years and went to the one off of Frank Lloyd Wright and Thompson Peak. I got a Barbacoa beef burrito. That was amazing. The amount of meat in it made me want to start eating here again. I just ate at the one off of Carefree Highway and boy was it different. I didn't even finish it because it was like eating a rice and bean burrito. Less than half the amount of meat as the one I got at the other chipotle. I thought I was going to start coming to Chipotle again but I probably won't because I don't want to pay $12 for a rice and bean burrito.

Picked up order it was wrong again. Had to drive 20 minutes back. This happens way too much. Pay for my gas and give me the meal for free

This is probably the worst location I’ve been too. Super cheap on the portions and at my most recent visit, they forgot my chips. I should’ve double checked my order but this one time I didn’t. Tables are also always dirty inside and the staff are not friendly.

Dirty tables, dirty floor, indoor and outdoor trash overflowing. Employees need to walk the room to see what a customer sees. The food is marginal and ingredients are handled poorly while missing the bowl.

Clean up the production area, kind of a loss of appetite after initial start of order looking at wilted lettuce cheese and dropped meats scattered about.

Sick and tired of coming to this location and getting only 2/3 of bowl filled
. I do not recommend coming here . Almost every time they give you small portions. Total utter BS

However, there tends to be quite a few flies buzzing around on the regular.
