Cave Greek Gyros is an authentic Greek restaurant and a welcomed addition to Cave Creek, considered a local gem. The food is absolutely delicious, amazing, fresh, tasty, and satisfying with healthy options. The gyro meat is a perfect blend of lamb and high end beef, well seasoned and tender. The falafel is some of the best, and the steak kabobs and tri-tip steak are excellent and succulent. The falafel platter, salad with fresh cucumbers and vinaigrette, soft pita, and generous portions are all fantastic. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed, and welcoming, with friendly, cool, and efficient staff. It is a great and dependable spot for dine in, take out, or delivery.
