This is my FAVORITE Starbucks. I’ve never been to one where the staff is this kind and patient. Truly!!! Consistently kind and they go out of there way.
Barista drew a green bug on my cup and I loved it! I was laughing so much in my car my heart monitoring wristband went to red alert and notified my next of kin 😂😂😂. I think his name was Alan. It’s these small acts of creativity that create a nice experience! This was a few weeks ago but I just now learned how to create a google account (I have a speech impediment). Thank you Alan!!!!
Food order is always on point. Great location

This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed feedback. Many customers praise the staff as super nice, kind, welcoming, and friendly, with service that is always fast, speedy, and efficient. Orders are consistently accurate and delicious. One long-term customer has ordered from here for over 6 years and loves the location. Another visitor found the store to be absolutely the best after moving to the area, noting the staff made their family’s morning. The bathroom is also always clean. However, access to this location is described as terrible, with a chaotic drive thru that needs another lane or window to handle traffic. Some staff are young or newly trained, creating a mixed bag for customer experience. One reviewer also mentioned a specific instance of amazing customer service from an associate who was very patient and helped troubleshoot a payment issue during a system outage, saving a coffee date. Overall, the store offers great service and food, but the physical access and drive thru layout are significant drawbacks.
