My mobile order used to be spot-on most of the time but in the last few months it has dropped off to 50% right. Part of the problem is that their label printer cuts off the left side of the label so they can’t read the specifics. I have been told that they make the orders from the screen vs the label but my drink has been wrong more than it has been right lately. Super friendly and helpful staff otherwise. I just want the drink I ordered when I get home. ?
Tamara saved the day. If she hadn’t come out and been so kind this would have been a 1 star review. Someone give her a raise! Ordered online & ended up waiting about 35-40 minutes inside. The barista making our drinks didn’t make eye contact or speak even when I was clearly getting frustrated about no update and waiting at the counter. I ordered my drink macha late it looked full when I beat it was super empty I came back to tell them .. and I didn’t stop I went to the window... then they left me waiting for about 7 minutes and there wouldn’t be the window I told them what had happened I paid 7 dollars for my drink so they can give it to me in half and everything else was foam ... the only thing they told me was the other wing don’t go over the box you have applied it for a year and this had never happened...read full review
