There are two parts to this place, one a dining room and one is alone and you don't know which one to sit in and where you would get the best service. We sat in the dining room and had no service so we moved to the saloon/bar side where there was a wonderful server who was very attentive but a noisy day drinking bar crowd which made it hard to have a conversation. Food was okay but they charged for things like green salsa and a little container without telling you. Some good...
The newest owners have turned this restaurant around. The foud is goid and the service is much improved. We enjoy going for trivia night. It can be very loud in here, especially when there is live entertainment.
My husband and I have been going to Heart and Soul for about 4 maybe 5 years now. We have for the most part have always enjoyed this restaurant, the service and the food. Over the years with ownership changes, menu and staff we have remained faithful. Few ups and downs, but still remaind loyal. Well, pretty sure tonight was my limit.
