This is our third visit in a year. We have had excellent food & service each time. We had brunch today and it was excellent. We met another couple there & they loved it too.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant for our first time. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. The waiters and waitresses were incredibly proactive and friendly, making sure we had a great time. Even though we were the last customers, they didn’t rush us at all. As a special surprise, they even gave us an extra dessert. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return with the same staff.

Incredible. Old school feel with unbelievable food and truly passionate staff. Ask for the Liver and Onions, it is t on the menu but is the best anywhere (if you like liver and onions). Another tip - look on the back page for the 4 course meals, this is the best deal and they can make pretty much anything into that deal. Love this place.

Excellent food, great service but a bit slow, unassuming atmosphere.

The price fixed lunch is a real bargain. It includes a soup, salad, main course, and dessert all for $21. The sole was excellent. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and even a boiled potato tasted good. The crème brûlée was excellent.

Dined with a friend on a Thursday night. We were ten minutes late due to traffic but that was not a problem as our table was still held for us. We started with Manhattans which were reasonably priced. With the drinks, our server brought hot bread. We settle on escargot and onion soup which were both served perfectly. The soup was so good, I should have ordered a bowl. For entrees we ordered coq au vin and steak Marchand. Both were of a decent size and expertly prepared. The side of scalloped potatoes and broccoli were on the smaller size but in light of the size of the entree, this was a perfect match. For dinner we had a cabernet sauvignon and cotes du Rhone. As with the Manhattans, the price was quite reasonable. The atmosphere is very European as this restaurant is housed in a former private residence.

Service was great. My husband had the chicken picatta, which was outstanding. I had the steak medallion, which was ok. It looked more like two hamburger patties, but tasted good. We went for the early bird special, which is a fantastic deal. We'll definitely go back.
