MOD Pizza

The young lady working the counter choose to work on two online order. She look at us then went to make the pizza. A different team member took our order. We were waiting for 5 minutes there was a group of four people at a table and absolutely no one else in line. She was extremely rude with no communication with us at all. She was definitely having a bad day and decided to take it out on us. I have been at this Mod pizza at least 3 times before and normally the service is exceptional.

I always build my own pizza with my favorite topping and the perfect amount of cheese!!! I love that they have the sweet and spicy red peppers and fresh mushrooms and that you can top it off after baking with Arugula.

Hour left in the shift and they were cleaning everything and it worried about having a customer. The girl who put my pizza in the oven folded my pizza, losing half of the toppings, the second girl came over to the oven, unflipped my pizza and fished out all the lost toppings then proceeded to let it bake. When I got my pizza it only had cheese and toppings on one side of the pizza. Unfortunate to pay over $11 for this carelessness.

John runs a great restaurant, complete with great customer service and good food! Highly recommend. If you haven't tried MOD Pizza, head to the Cave Creek store for the best experience!

Compared to Blaze Mod is much better. I like that Mod has a good selection of toppings, and they aren't chintzy.

However, their crust is tough/ flat. Worse than Domino's (which is the worst ).

Used to.be a favorite, but the kids who run it now just don't care.. They Actually shoo customers away from the counter and discourage you watching them create your pizza. Forgot the cheese completely on one, and when I said to put everything on, they took that to mean 5 things and one meat. Even when I clarified. They seemed dismissive and callous, and the place wasn't as clean as I used to see it. This is the last time we will go. It's too bad, when it opened it was really great.
