The Wagon Wheel Cafe was dingy and run down. It seemed like it was on its last leg. When you walk to the front door, the first thing you see is a screen door with the screens ripped and not in place. You walk inside and it had old mis matched tables for 4. If you have a larger party you walk down a dark hallway that is barely 2 ft wide then you see plastic folding tables that seat 6. The prices for breakfast were good.
We’re from out of state but love supporting small local businesses like this. We got the biscuits and gravy and steak and eggs. The gravy had too much pepper for my liking, but the steak and eggs were good. Asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare, it came out medium. Very tasty, though.
