The pho here is super good once you figure out what you like to order. I like the pho nam brisket pho with the BBH noodles. I am not a fan of the texture of the meatballs (personal opinion) so I prefer the one meat type. The brisket is cooked and is very thinly sliced. I like it extra spicy so I love extra jalapeno, siracha, and chili oil. The to go/pickup order is nicely packaged and comes in a nice big bowl to add the broth to.

The food is genuinely tasty, that part delivers. But the operation leaves a lot to be desired.

A few things stood out:
- 🍽 It’s counter service: you order first, then sit and wait for them to bring it out
- 💧 Everything is self-service; get your own water at the counter
- 🥡 Fully disposable setup, including paper plates for rice. Feels built for takeout, not dining in

Amazing service, very nice staff. Ate with my wife and kids everybody had a good time. They helped us split the foot into two portions for the kids. They even gave us scissors for the noodles.
