Angie's Lobster, Burger, Chicken and Prime Grill

I thought this place was fantastic. It was my 1st time, and I did think the bread was a little too crunchy or toasted, but flavor was fantastic! I will absolutely eat this place again.

Wow, simply, wow. The service at Angie's Lobster is one of a kind. As a small town guy who'd never tasted the oceans bounty at an affordable price point, I dreamed of finding a fast food chain that made the wickedly delectable, one of a kind lobster meat available to the masses at an accessible, consumer friendly cost. Then I find about Angie's Lobster from their Social Media Specialist. To say my socks were blown off is an understatement! Reflecting on the day I found out about Angie's Lobster, two thoughts bubble to the surface:

1) How do they make lobster so affordable? Have they got some kind of lobster Pied Piper who plays a merry tune on their flute and lures lobsters unsuspectingly into craypots, thus cutting down on labour costs and speeding up the catching process enabling them to pass on these savings direct to the consumer?

And 2) Happy Birthday to the greatest Social Media Specialist in the continental USA. Angie's Lobster is lucky to have you 🫶

Glad to see crab back on menu but the taste was awful. Salty and off the worst

This place open on the $10 lobster roll. I get that prices increase but it's now $15 including butter. Not okay. Will be my last time here.

OK so this is the best freshest food period. I always get a warm bowl or build your own salad or fried shrimp. Love it. I will say this though, be patient with them or you will lose your mind (Chandler location). The food will always be good but the wait and accuracy of your order could be hit or miss.

The food used to be good. The lobster meal used to be $12 with lot of meat. Now I paid $18 for this? Got to find another place for my lobste fix. Sorry Angie’s Lobster, your customer since 2020

I used to love this place. In the beginning, the staff were pleasant. They hit the marks right in terms of food quality and accuracy of the orders. If you’ve been inside the store, there’s a wall that gives a brief history of how the restaurant concept came about and the philosophy of the founder. And I liked it that I wanted to support the company. I frequented the place whenever I was nearby.

Recently, however, the quality seems to go downhill. The fries had salt when I ordered no salt; hit and miss on fries quality; forgets to remove bun when I ordered no bun (didn’t want to waste food when I know I would consume it); forgets to add lobsters sauce in my to go orders.

I did a drive thru order tonight, mentioned about the couple of times they forgot to give me lobster sauce. So I kindly ask if he could give me an extra sauce for my order. He didn’t acknowledge it and told me to pay extra (I know there’s extra charge for it but I was asking for it since my two previous orders didn’t have it). I felt like being shooed away and it was very uncomfortable…

I guess I’m still salty about tonight. I won’t be coming back anytime soon and hoping that things improve the next time I give it another try.

Ugh, this is the worst presentation ever! I ordered the overcooked cod sandwich and the shrimp roll that I had to assemble myself. I totally wasted my money. The shrimp was so bad I couldn't even chew it. If I didn't have to work, I would have gone back..No to mention they sit your cup outside the windows where there are flies, flying around. This was my 1st time and last time going to this place.

Food was pretty good. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a cheeseburger. The burger was good, albeit small. For the same price, you can get a double double at in n out. I was told the salad was good too, but small. Salad and go has similar prices but their salads are twice as big. Service was very slow. Overall, the place is fine but I wouldn’t go back. There are better alternatives.

I used to frequent here to buy lunch for my family. It was the best deal in town to buy their $5 salads. The quality of the food was always on point and the level of service was justified by the price. However the only thing that made going here worthwhile has disappeared. They raised prices and decreased the portion size of their salads. That on top of their poor costumer service is a huge let down. Extremely disappointed to say they’ve lost my business. I really felt a revolution was being made here but it was too good to be true. 2 stars because if they can just go back to what they were when they started, it would be 5 stars.

I loved this place and my household would come here very often. Recently it has fallen off pretty badly, there’s a paid option now to add more lobster to your roll, but I feel like that was an excuse to put less in the rolls to begin with. We went there tonight and the bread was stale, not over toasted but probably should have been tossed out, it ruined the meal in my opinion. We also tried the new chicken parm and spinach salad and it tasted like ranch and pesto over lettuce, nothing too thrilling. I appreciate trying to keep costs down but I think the company is expanding too quickly and are forgetting to focus on consistency and quality.
