I love these pretzels, but everything here is hit or miss. Last time, my pretzel was great, but the service was awful. This time it was the opposite with the service being great, but the pretzel was old and dry. I do like their rewards program. There is plenty of parking and I actually am okay with spending time in the mall.

Had to place a last minute catering order at this location due to another not being able to fulfill it. This staff is incredible and had the order on time ready to go with such a short notice. They were so kind, patient, and helpful through the whole process. Couldn’t recommend their service more!
