I don’t know that I have had a to go order that has been filled correctly from this location. I ordered 3 family packs tonight and paid $160 with tip to get home and realize they only gave me 2. Super frustrating when you are hosting guests to realize you don’t have enough food. Every time we call after an order is filled incorrectly we are told “Oh, we will give you a free burrito next time”. Tonight I was told they actually refunded my credit card for 1 family pack. Management needs to take more responsibility for how this location operates.

Came out to this location from Peoria after watching Check Please! on PBS. Food's a'ight. It's definitely good but not great. I mean it's better than let's say Polibertos but I've been to Salsitas locations on the west side that are just as good if not better. The restaurant itself looks really nice and is super chill also.

Placed an online order for takeout. I show up and it's not ready and I take a seat and wait for it. About 25 minutes goes by and I can see that people that came in well after me are getting their food. come to find out that the food's just been sitting there even though they knew I was there and waiting for it.Really frustrating. No apologies or anything, just a rude "welp see ya."Extremely bad customer service.

This place is amazing. I think authentic Mexican means Mexican food made really good… like this place does. We usually judge a Mexican restaurant by their salsa, theirs is different than any we’ve ever had before. But most importantly the tacos are amazing. We’ll be back… often.
