Baja Fresh is an oldie, but goodie. Much better and fresher than Chipotle. The food is great and the salsa bar is always on point. I'm disappointed that the Chandler location is the last remaining location in Arizona. I hope this one sticks around!

Service is amazing— the staff really goes above and beyond making sure you’re taken care of. Always very friendly. That being said.. it usually takes more than a couple minutes to prepare your food so just keep that in mind!
I can't turn down seafood tacos especially on a Tuesday AND when they mail me offers!The grilled wahoo and grilled shrimp are exquisite with the salsa Verde or mango salsa. The cashier and staff are really nice, patient, and even brought out food to our table when it wasn't busy.The place overall is clean and didn't have any concerns about the diy drink mixer or salsa bar.For a healthy and quick option this place is hard to beat for me.

I just ordered a burrito for pickup and it's made wrong. Didn't have any of the special instructions done. Instructions said to call when you arrive for pickup and I called twice with no answer. There were no sauces in the bag like I put, I'm glad I got the mango one when I went in. Big disappointment.

I placed a delivery order. It took over an hour for door dash to pick it up. The restaurant actually sent me nachos that were sitting for over an hour! The guacamole was brown, the chips were soggy, the food was not edible. I can't believe Baja fresh gives this kind of service. I'm sad that I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH ANY BAJA FRESH EVER AGAIN. Clearly they no longer care about their customers. I wish I could post the picture with this review

Food was delicious; cook very well and service was excellent. My husband compares it to Cafe Rio he likes the Sweet Pork there but loves the Mango Salsa here on his Quesadilla...

I had the Burrito Ultimo with chicken and it was absolutely delicious. It was way better than Chipotle. The ingredients tasted really fresh and made a big difference. I also really liked the salsa verde as I could taste the fresh limes. I only wish they had one closer to my house.
