I haven't been to Baja fresh in over a decade and I wish they were actually In the East valley area. Closer to Val Vista and Southern specifically. LOL. I would go more often. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was delicious and filling. I would highly recommend it.
I love Baja Fresh and have since the 1990's. My only complaint is that all but 1 location in AZ have disappeared. But anytime I go back home to Cali, I always get a baja fresh burrito!!
The food and service at this location is consistently good. The manager has been there a long time and is very efficient and professional and is also a good cook. He keeps the place running well. Consistency in staff and service is hard to find at fast food restaurants but this one does the job. The food is always fresh.
