Ordered from this place using UBER eats and the shorted me about $24 of food. Can't get my money back from UBER or from.this place. No help from anyone. No cherries Jubilee ice cream..... they will short you with no refund or credit.

Our family had a big order. The front desk lady was so nice and helped us what to choose. They got our order out really quick so we can enjoy our dessert. The ice cream and shakes were delicious. They made sure we liked what we ordered. Would definitely come here again soon.

Love this neighborhood ice-cream place. Our family favorite is the chocolate mousse royale ice cream. We have tried the raspberry swirl, cherry and coffee flavors and they were good too.
Horrible customer service. First time in here and walked out. My son and I didn’t even buy ice cream. Lady at counter needs a new job. She obviously hates her job and anyone that walks in. Sad. I was excited about location but would rather over pay at a place that is pleasant and friendly!!

I bought 2 pints, price tag is $15.99 for 2. I had $2 coupon and asked to apply it. The old woman(guess she is owner) typed $17.98 for price and $2 discount. Asked to pay $15.98. Haha it wa very unpleasant situation. This means I got only $0.01 discount with coupon. I visited this location several times but different prices. I always paid $13.99 with coupon. Is it normally happening in BR? I don't think so. It is bad from woman.

Came here today excited to try a new ice cream shop in town but wow- the customer service was not great. The lady working the front desk was not warm or welcoming at all. I asked a question or two regarding the flavors and she answered with one word answers, not even cracking a smile or anything. Completely unhelpful and off putting. Won’t be back. It’s wild that a brand new business wouldn’t value customer service more.
