The staff is always so friendly in the drinks are perfect! My only Quam would be with the Food. It’s not the best, but if you are only looking for a coffee, then I highly recommend to go here.
Amazing all the way around, I’m a regular here this will be my 2nd review, but ever since I left my last one they have DRASTICALLY gotten so much better super fast service even with a lot of customers, extremely friendly with a lot of the staff, manager is awesome, if you have a problem with a drink or issues they fix it fast, very accountable and great place to get coffee, reward system is also great to use
Moved to Chandler about 2 years ago and Black Rock had become a part of my morning routine to get my day started since nearly day one. Everyone is friendly and quick to help if you need anything as well as to remember your name and welcome you in! Unfortunately for myself I have a tendency to wear out my welcome in places because I struggle with social ambiguities but they put up with me for quite awhile so I'm grateful for that as some places have been quicker to fatigue from...read full review
