Had a great experience here today. Put in a scheduled pickup for 6:15pm. Received a call at 5:15 stating my food was ready for pickup and being kept warm. I explained that the pickup was set for 6:15 but I couldn’t tell if it was my error of the wrong time. Without hesitation the nice young lady on the phone (blonde hair - was there when I came in person) said it was no problem and they would re make my food. Awesome customer service! Will be back!
I loved the food we got here!! Since this restaurant is right next to harkens theater, it made for the perfect pit stop before we saw a movie. On top of that, service was swift and friendly so we had no issues with timing for the movie. The waitress was friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The only thing I wanted to note was that the lights were fluorescent white, which may be an issue for some. Besides that I would 100% recommend eating here!!!
The food is always excellent, the kitchen staff is great, some of the servers that have been there for years are also awesome. But I get the most inconsistent responses/service, consistently. Every time I have been there, there has been a frustrating interaction with whoever takes my order or cashes me out. There have been several instance where I’m told one thing on the phone and then a completely different thing in person. Go there in person with that in mind, for the excellent...
