I wanted to like this place I heard all good things about it but never made it there until recently.. well I should have believed all the recent reviews which drag this down to barely a 2 to 3 star establishment. My clue to have high tailed it out of there should have been when I walked in at 6:15 on a Friday evening with a friend and there was no body else in this giant place!! Service was good(3stars) Hot&sour soup good Steamed Dumplings-tasteless and rubbery House special egg foo young Again, very bland ..3 tiny pieces of pork...5 baby shrimps $22 Ripoff. Mandarin beef and scallops- Served on sizzling plate .. Again...small portion and tiny cheap scallops.. I really can't see a place like this lasting much longer

Horrible experience here doesn't even deserve to exist. They served my daughter RAW food and not even a sorry came out of their mouth. Who does that?! Let me tell you who: C-FU Gourmet

My family ordered siu mai but it was undercooked and my sister ate it. She broke into tears, crying because she was worried she was going to get sick. A staff member came over taking all the siu mai back, but she was apathetic to the situation. She didn't seem to care that my sister ate the food. Rather, she cared about the food quality itself. Not even a sorry came out of her mouth! A word of advice to all restaurant owners, when it comes to quality service, THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST! I'm appalled from this whole scenario. But if you like raw meat then go ahead, chow down!

We haven't been here in a couple of years. Both of us were a bit worried after reading all of the low ratings post new management, but we decided to go for it. Stuffed eggplant hotpot was good. The sizzling steak and scallops was good, too. Service was acceptable, even though they were not busy. We will be back, next time for Dim Sum.

This is a disgusting place because the meat inside wasn't cooked all the way. Not even the 5 letter word "sorry" came out of the waiters mouth. Family member was traumatized when she bit into it and swallowed it, then to find out it wasn't cooked. She was worried and started bawling. The manager acted like he didn't speak English. But, if you want raw meat, this place is perfect for you to stuff your mouth!

not 这个地方绝对糟透了 Zhège dìfāng juéduì zāo tí²ule This place sucks do not go to this DUMP that once was great and now absolutely SUCKS!!!!!!! Let's put it OUT OF BUSINESS.Yeah. It was once a place you couldn't get in but for waiting on a long wait list of hungry people. The wait was well-deserved. You were rewarded on Sunday morning with fresh, warm food and fast, friendly service during the wait, during your meal and when you checked out. The owner scrambled to please. The place was filled with Asian people who knew good Dim Sum and others who enjoyed each bite. And it was so clean that you could eat off the floor. Now, you can't eat off the table!!!!! The place at 9 AM on Sunday was filled and noisy and wonderful. Today there were a few schmucks like me- visiting now from SoCal and did not know it was sold to some crappy chain. Cold food!Double the price! New crappy owners. I commented and the staff pretends not to speak English. Look at the reviews.Don't know how they are still open just a few folks there but let's all work together to make this insult to Chinese food and the Chinese eating experience and Put It Down! Don't go there! MAKE IT CLOSE AND SOON. You will be doing Phoenix Metro a favor.

Another disappointment. I use to love this place, it was one of my favorite dim-sum hangouts on the weekend. New owners just don't seem to care when you walk/in their like yeah just grab a seat. The fish tank hasn't been cleaned out there's mold geezzzz. Food was ok, wait-staff was nice.

I gave it a 4-star because of the price. Small dish $2.30, medium dish $2.99. It is the cheapest in AZ. The Phoenix Palace across charges more and it is not as good. The best deal is the Toro (radish) cake. They are huge. The are 2 inches thick. I ordered an extra order, took it home, cut them in thinner pieces and pan fried them so that they are crispy. I highly recommend this place for cheap dim Sum. If you have not been to the AYCE Lunch Dim Sum buffet at the Casino Arizona, you should try it. It is off I-17 and McKelips. They charge $12. It is a great buffet without Dim Sum.

Service: it's ok for dim sum. They're pretty fast. Environment: it looks like a traditional large Chinese restaurant where half is a restaurant and the other half is where people have wedding receptions. Parking: lot, spacious. Food: dim sum carts. Some of the foods were hit and miss. Taro fried cake was not good. I usually love it but it was not very crispy.

We were greeted and seated promptly. Plenty of spots at their car park. Inside the restaurant was a tad warm for us. Some of the guests dining were fanning themselves as well. We arrived around 10:00 AM for DIMSUM. Food carts (along with types of food) were only 4 roaming around versus 12 carts and a lot more variety of dishes. Dishes we picked were delish. We placed an order but never received it. No worries though, we were not charged for it. Overall, our experience was good.

Disgusting old food. It was not even fresh. Why serve it when it doesn't look presentable. We came in at 1:30 for lunch. They pulled out the dim sum carts and we told them what we wanted. When we saw the items placed on our table, we were appalled and disgusted. The food looked old, soggy, over cooked (or been sitting out for hours). I took a small bite of the sui mai and it was cold. Actually every item was cold. The color of the items were even off, meaning it's been sitting out and not fresh. We immediately asked for the check and left without eating what they put on our table. Never coming back here again.

One of my favorite places for dim sum, I've been coming here since I can remember! A great idea for weekday lunch as it is hardly ever busy during the week so it is easier to get access to all the delicious dim sum going around. There is a very wide selection of dim sum even during the week as well as the option to order from their vast menu. They offer a shrimp spring roll as well as one with chicken, both of which are amazing and I love their pan fried chive and shrimp dumplings. Great service and even better food I will be coming here for many more years to come.

Don't ever come to this place!!! It's not even worth my one star! I had an awful experience here that no words could describe how suck it was. I had a reservation for wedding party 4 months ago & have requested it to be private, but they secretly booked another conference event & not even let me know, just 2 weeks before the wedding. The manager convinced me that the other party won't stay long & won't play music, just talking only. I HAD NO CHOICES, BUT ANGRILY ACCEPTED because it was too late to change! But then I WAS TRULY SHOCKED when i came to the wedding. It was crowded & loud on the other side. Additionally, when we started to play music, a lady from the other side came & yelled at us that we had to turn off the music. it showed how unprofessional they were when the managers stood on a side did nothing to stop the fight. Nevertheless, nobody served the beers even when we paid $80 a case. The food wasn't good & a lot of left over, so the service. THE MANAGERS DID NOT SAY A WORD EVEN AN APOLOGIZE. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE that nobody in that night want to remember. PLS REMEMBER THAT Don't ever hold 2 different parties at the same time for any reasons if you don't want this to happen again otherwise just close the business!

Do not go to this place to eat. Unprofessional managers and owner. I came to my friend wedding party recently and had a terrible experience in this place. My best friend had hold a wedding in this restaurant and have told the manager in advance that they want to be the only group on that day. The restaurant manager had accepted the offer. But on the day of the wedding, the manager have accept on more group party next to our group. Both parties have loud music and there was a lady in other group on the other side came over during the wedding ceremony “yelling and cursing” in the stage nonstop. She was keep standing there and refused to go back to the other side. I would never go to this place again. Wedding is a once a life moment and you don't want that special time to be ruined. If I was you, I would stay away from this restaurant.
