We were craving Indian food and found Ruchi Vegetarian Indian Cuisine through Google. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived. We asked for help with the menu, he asked a few questions and then said he would take care of us! We started with Gobi Manchurian that was so delicious, then 3 types of Dosas (we requested dosas) Spinach, Special Rava Masala Dosai and Paper Masala Dosai that were amazing mixtures of flavors that we devoured.
