I ordered the beef enchiladas ( chili verde). The meat was really tender and the enchiladas had a great flavor. The beans and rice were pretty standard. The girls taking the orders took care of me right away with no delay. Also they have Mexican coke here...which is a must if you're eating Mexican food. Not bad. I would definitely come here again for some quick enchiladas or tacos.
I first had Carolina’s at the original location in 2002 and have loved it ever since. This location is close to my office and I eat here 2-4 times a month. I’ve never had a bad experience here and enjoy it every time. One thing for newbies to understand is that their fresh made tortillas are thin and delicious but burritos have to be eaten with a fork. I usually love this place and I love the food. 105pm Fri afternoon, slow to take my order, slow to complete, and instead of the red chili tamale (no sauce) I ordered, and the receipt shows, I received a green corn tamale. This is not what I wanted and I didn't eat it. It was a small routine order, 2 easy items, to go. Restaurant isn't clean either. So, not a win today. Big deck outside if that's your thing.
