My family and I are vegetarians by birth, we went to this place because on their menu they have a “veggie sandwich”, we requested 3, when we saw the lady who served us preparing them on a griddle, she put the vegetables in the 3 veggies and Next to it he put some meats, the fat that the meat released went into what the veggies had, with the same shovel he turned everything and they were mixed, I commented to the lady that everything was being mixed with what is supposedly vegetarian, her response IT WAS: here it is not a vegetarian restaurant, here everything is mixed, I RESPONDED: then because you have a veggie sandwich on the menu, you cannot offer something veggie and mix it in the preparation with the meat.Here, in addition to the unconsciousness of handling the food in this way, there are already vegetarians who dislike meat and one trusts what they offer, it was the terrible attitude that the young lady had, her attitude was not appropriate, the good thing was that she was next door another of her colleagues and told me that she could change paddles so that it wouldn't mix so much...CHARLEYS PHILLY STEAKS COMPANY, if you are going to put a veggie option on your menu, train your employees well so that they know what it means and what that entails, you can get into trouble, with someone who dislikes you and trusts what you offer vegetarian…

I ordered my food for pick up at 6:30. Went to go and pick it up and no one was there. They were closed down for the night even though they're not closed until seven I have tried calling them I've tried calling the higher ups. No one has picked up, and I cannot contest it in my bank account, and so they have just put me back $10.50 for some mozzarella sticks and a tea and that's it like are you kidding me not to mention all of the people there are rude as hell.

I stood in the order pick up line for 20 minutes, while the entire staff ignored me. I patiently waited while they helped every customer, then they proceeded to ignore me. They stood there laughing and whispering until they finally chose acknowledged me and just pointed to the order counter to order. After I told them I was there for an order pick up they said "ooh" and laughed then gave me my food. They staff has the worst attitude and nastiest faces! and I'll be sure to record next time, I'm going to make sure people see this. It was young 3 Hispanic girls, including the male cook. Absolutely Terrible.

This place obviously doesn't look at orders when you do an online order. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with extra mayo and pickles and grilled onion and didn't get anything that I requested. The lack of competence in the staff is amazing. Also ordered a sweet tea and instead received a lemonade also not what I ordered. This is one place I will not recommend to anyone.

The tray was a ripped in half foam to go box, straws too short to put in the large beverages, pepperchinis out, tea out, papper towels out, the jalepanos were low quality, the staff performed like they were only had individual jobs and not cross trained, the lady at the cash register was also covering drinks and condiments so a line grew to about 7 deep before people gave up. They still have the 7 foot tall useless plexiglass from the pandimec that is impossible to order, yet just one foot to the right or left you can either breath on the food or the beverages. Tables dirty. The bathroom is a absolute disaster with no soap, smells aweful of urine, and does not see regular cleaning. This could be way better than this.

The woman up front who is usually working during the week has a horrible attitude and customer service. I would be embarrassed talking to people the way that she does. Save your money and your time and just go somewhere else.

Placed an online order trying to be considerate because we saw via google that they were closing soon, we got there at the exact time that i placed the order for pickup , the staff was in the back talking , they seen us come up to the counter and didn't acknowledge us until we went to the door leading to the kitchen where they proceeded to tell us they were closed . Cool didn't ask if you were open or not . We told them we placed an online order and it was just a back and forth for 2 mins between the lady saying we didn't place an order because it didn't show up on their computers even though i showed her that the order was placed 15-20 mins prior to arriving , then her telling me i never paid because the total was still showing on the order confirmation i was showing her . Overall awful service for an establishment , had the workers not been in the back talking they would have seen the order was in fact in their system they just needed to refresh their computers .
I always go to Outlet Mall in Anthem, this time We visited outlet Mall in Chandler, Arizona. The staffs are impressive when it comes to work the food was freshly delivered to us which Lucia made it for us and it is absolutely delicious and also the eye capturing for us is Lucia she was having fun while working she was singing when we get there she immediately smile and have a connection with us and assisted us immediately.These 2 great women great and a good employee kudos Charley’s outlet mall chandler

This is an absolute insult to Philly cheesesteaks. The only reason they survive is because the people that go there have no idea what a real Philly cheese steak tastes like. We have never eaten here before. We were greeted with rude service. Asked a couple questions and was told there were no exceptions made on how the menu is. The pictures of food is very misleading. Our sandwich with “extra meat” barely covered the bun and was less than half the size of the picture. The ultimate fries had about 10 fries in a tiny boat for $5. Again nothing like the picture. We asked for water and was told to go around the corner to the vending machine. Food was subpar and overpriced for what we thought we were getting.
