Charley's Cheesesteaks is a restaurant with a mixed reputation. While the food is described as "good" and "absolutely delicious", the service is often poor. Staff may be unclear about menu items, and orders can take a long time to fulfill. The restaurant's amenities are also lacking, with dirty tables, a dirty bathroom, and a chaotic atmosphere. However, some reviewers have had positive experiences with friendly and attentive staff, such as Lucia, who made a delicious meal and showed enthusiasm while working. Despite its flaws, Charley's Cheesesteaks has potential for improvement.
