Horrible service. Seriously horrible customer service. I see car accidents happen here all of the time because of the way they have the parking lot set up. Cars create their own third lane causing cars to be head on with each other. All the manager says is "sorry about that". Something needs to be done about this asap.

FLIMSIEST styrofoam cups ever. Slightest hit of the straw while holding it sent it through the bottom and all my drink fell out. Now it's all over my carpet. Advice, incorporate either plastic or those thick paper cups. The food is good. Got it delivered and it came a few minutes early. Impressed by the efficiency during lunch rush.

This location doesn't seem to have its act together. This is our second time in a row that we ordered a salad (which is the largest item in the order) and they have forgotten it. Twice. In. A. Row. It's is very frustrating Food is fine - tastes the same as any other chick fil a in the country, this location just doesn't seem to pay attention. You're better off getting in n out right across the parking lot.

I have waited for 16 minutes in the drive through this morning and now they have had me pull around to the front to wait more. This is most definitely not fast food. It doesn’t matter how good your chicken is, people go through the drive through when they are in a hurry for a reason.
