Went through the drive thru at lunch today, Alexis assisted me with my order, and she was amazing, polite, and very sweet! also the team member at the window was very sweet and complimented my jeep :) I didn’t catch her name but she as well was very polite and friendly! great job Gilbert Chikfila!
My chicken sandwich was served with the smallest chicken breast I've ever seen. When I brought it to their attention, the staff was happy to replace it, and I appreciated their prompt and friendly service. The replacement was much better. I hope the kitchen is a bit more mindful about the food they serve in the future, but overall I was satisfied with how the issue was handled.
I don't write many reviews but felt I needed to for my visit today. I drove up and placed my order with the young man then paid with my credit card, done. I started to pull up to the window where you receive the food but the young man stopped me and apologized and said the order and payment was deleted for some reason.
