Ice cream flavors are good however if you get a milk shake they use to much milk causing them to be watery and have no flavor

The employees here are always on point with being fast, and efficient! I've been here multiple times with my boyfriend and they've always been consistent with giving good costumer service. Tonight we came in about 30 minutes before closing and they got a last minute pop that they handled really well! Also the ice cream was amazing, per usual

This Cold Stone service is absolutely horrible. If you don't like doing your job maybe you should look for a new job. I'm pretty sure it's the same girl that people have complained about before. It's not the girl with short hair. Don't ask for anything extra because she'll just ignore you. I was about to ask for my receipt back so I can erase my tip. Skip this location unless you like horrible service. The Cold Stone of the Loop 202 and Alma School always has good service.

Was in the area and in the mood for some delicious ice cream, I came to the right spot! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, Riley suggested a couple of nice options and had me try the new flavors for fall. Everything tasted so yummy! I ended up with some delicious mixes that she came up with for me. Service and atmosphere was excellent, will definitely be back!

My husband and I came here during a rush and we left satisfied with the ice cream and service. The girls working were attentive and friendly. They went through the line quickly trying to get everyone's order. Considering it's hot, there's going to be much more foot traffic and they're bound to run out of things. So, just call ahead. Definitely will return for my next ice cream craving. Thank you for great ice cream and customer service!

Went to this place on a late Friday evening. Excellent service from Braydon, anna and Lina. Ice cream was great and the service was above and beyond. Definitely visiting again!!!

After lunch, I saw the empty Cold Stone and figured I’d embrace the opportunity to pop in for old time’s sake since it’s been over a decade since I enjoyed their cream. I entered to find nobody in sight and after several minutes, I recalled why I hadn’t returned to a Cold Stone: the reliably terrible customer service.
Went in tonight with 35 mins left until closing, people dining in and customers still showing up after we paid. The person with the emo haircut/makeup was so rude. They practically threw the ice cream at us, we asked for lids- they gave us one and chucked it. She came off aggressive and upset, I understand everyone has shitty days especially working customer service jobs but damn, you don't treat people like that. The sad part is we still felt bad for them and tipped. F*** me for wanting ice cream I guess lol

Frustrated that two out of three visits they have had no heath bars to mix in which is what I always order. Went Thursday and they were out of Heath and Milk at 5:30 pm so my daughter couldn't get her normal milkshake.

The only reason I am giving a two is because the two girls working were very kind and apologetic. But went in on Sunday around 3 and they were out of multiple ice creams as well as many toppings. Being a manager of Coldstone before it's very upsetting to see this knowing the standard of Coldstone. If you are busy on the weekends extra needs to be made or ordered. Very sad that no one in our group got what they truly wanted.
