The cake was good and tasted fresh but the decorating was terrible, Not only did it say the wrong thing, my 6 year old granddaughter could make the letters more legible. And, what’s with the “??” Also, the “&” sign is backwards. If they were confused about my design request (I requested a heart), they should have called me to clarify. The other review images of the cake letterings at this locations are so bad they’re comical.

I originally came in just to use the restroom, but the staff here was so amazing that we ended up staying to treat ourselves. They let us try all the samples, were incredibly patient, and took the time to describe each flavor—everything was freshly made in-house the night before. We absolutely loved the experience and the people here. Huge thanks to Casey, Ciara, and Amril!
