I’ve gone to this location for many years and always had a good experience and enjoyed their ice cream. However I recently went and found some hair in my ice cream. When I showed it to the girl working she didn’t know what to do and reluctantly offered a new ice cream (which I wasn’t interested in at that point). There was a man working there who was wearing a visor with exposed hair so I imagine that’s where it came from. I still love cold stone and will go back but hope...

My wife and I had a customized mix of chocolate and vanilla with chocolate shavings and brownie—delicious combo! Portions were pretty good, and the location is convenient with parking at the mall. There’s seating inside, but it looks like the store itself is under renovation.

Awesome ice cream and very authentic! Very nice employees. The service was great too, but only problem was that they forgot the hot fudge sauce and to add extra as well. Overall, still amazing ice cream!! Definitely the best ice cream chain as well when compared to Andy's, Dairy Queen, Sonic, and even Baskin Robbins : )
