Coopers Hawk was an excellent choice with exceptional service, excellent food, and great wine. Each item on the menu is paired with a recommended wine, which was helpful since I'm not much of a wine drinker. I highly recommend the Drunken Shrimp as an appetizer. You can also get it as part of a surf and turf combo. The trio of filet medallions were exceptional.
Everything was great until the restroom was needed. There was no TP in the women's rest room and the men's room had no paper towels. While it's a relatively minor thing, it left a bad impression on all in our party.
