All the dishes we ordered, bánh khọt and the salty short ribs, are really good. We had no complaints. We are from out of state and we’re craving for some Vietnamese food in the area and luckily, we found Cyclo, a small and cozy restaurant located right across this 99 Ranch in Chandler, AZ. We are very pleased with the experienced and would love to try more dishes next time we are in town.
Kind of a small place. I can only comment on the pho i ate there. I enjoyed the broth very much. There was some fragrance in the broth and not too salty. Usually Sriracha and hoisin sauce can fix any unflavorful broth and honestly it was very well seasoned in my opinion to eat without Sriracha/housing. Since I like spicy I did end up adding both anyway.
LOVE the food here!! Traditional quality ingredients & flavors. Very fresh vegetables and herbs. The bun bo hue is one of the best we have had in multiple states. The pork hock meat was tender & tasty, done just right. They don’t cut corners in food prep. The owner & staff take great pride in providing attentive service. A wonderful upbeat ambience with a nicely decorated dining room. The black ceiling gives a modern chic feeling. I highly recommend trying this small...
