DC Steak House offers an upscale atmosphere, despite some drawbacks. The restaurant's noisy bar area can be annoying, and the dress code is more casual than expected. However, the food is consistently excellent, and the service is great. Menu highlights include Wisconsin-inspired items, although the jalapeno cheese curds could be improved. Note that outdoor seating is no longer romantic due to loud music from a neighboring restaurant.
